This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between the ZVR360 platform ("Platform", "We", "Us"), whose exclusive proprietary and commercial trademark rights are owned by eLocalize For Technology, and any individual, corporate enterprise, or organization creating an account, subscribing to SaaS plans, hiring 360 photography services, or deploying virtual tour viewers ("Subscriber", "User", "You").
By accessing zvr360.com, registering an account, embedding iframe viewer links, or uploading multimedia content, you expressly acknowledge and irrevocably consent to all terms outlined in this document. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all access and decommission embedded assets.
You certify that you are of legal age (at least 18 years old) with full legal capacity to enter binding contracts. If signing on behalf of a company, educational entity, or enterprise, you warrant that you possess official corporate authority to bind that entity to these terms.
ZVR360 powers virtual tours utilizing high-performance WebXR and A-Frame 360 technologies, offering seamless responsiveness across modern web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox), smartphones and tablets (iOS & Android), and immersive VR headsets such as Meta Quest and Apple Vision Pro with zero plugin installations required.
The brand name, service mark, and trade identity ZVR360, representing The Virtual Reality Tour 360, together with the domain zvr360.com, proprietary source codes, rendering engines, database schemas, and UX architectures are the exclusive registered intellectual property of eLocalize For Technology (https://www.elocalize.net), protected by international intellectual property treaties and commercial copyright statutes.
The entire platform architecture, visual experience, WebGL integration, and UI design were conceived, engineered, and maintained by ewebbers studio (https://www.ewebbersstudio.com) exclusively on behalf of eLocalize For Technology. All creative and engineering authorship rights are rigorously preserved.
Users and third parties are strictly prohibited from decompiling, reverse engineering, scraping, extracting, republishing, reselling, or producing derivative works based on ZVR360 viewer binaries, rendering shaders, or database models without explicit prior written authorization from eLocalize For Technology.
2.4: Subscribers retain complete, uncompromised intellectual property ownership and copyright over all 360° photographs, corporate logos, text descriptions, and audio assets uploaded to their dashboard. Subscriber grants ZVR360 a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free operational license strictly confined to converting, caching, optimizing, and transmitting these assets to render the organization's interactive virtual tour.
ZVR360 operates with zero tolerance for copyright infringements. If you believe any panorama or visual element hosted on our platform infringes upon your copyright, please dispatch a formal takedown request to [email protected] with legal proof of ownership. Legitimate claims will be processed and infringing assets taken down within 48 business hours.
Subscribers must furnish accurate, legitimate information during account provisioning. You maintain full legal accountability for preserving password confidentiality and for all asset deployments and modifications executed under your credentials. Suspected security breaches must be communicated to support immediately.
Uploaded virtual tour assets must adhere to lawful commercial norms. Subscribers must not upload content violating individual privacy, unauthorized property depictions, obscene, defamatory, hateful, or legally restricted materials. ZVR360 reserves the right to censor or expunge non-compliant media without delay.
To ensure silky-smooth rendering, rapid loading across 4G/5G mobile networks, and hardware acceleration on WebXR viewers, subscribers agree to conform to the following specifications:

The client is strictly responsible for ensuring the target facility is thoroughly prepped (cleaned, staged, optimal lighting, unauthorized personnel cleared) prior to the scheduled shoot window. Delays caused by lack of site readiness may incur rescheduling fees.
Captured imagery undergoes multi-bracket exposure fusing, equirectangular stitching, zenith/nadir retouching, and orientation calibration. Deliverables are published to the client dashboard within 3 to 7 business days following the on-site session.
Subscribers receive a 7-day evaluation window from delivery to request hotspot refinements or title adjustments free of charge. Silence following the 7-day window constitutes final project approval.
6.1: New subscribers to any ZVR360 tier are entitled to a 100% full refund within 14 calendar days of their initial payment if our platform fails to deliver advertised specifications or unresolved technical defects occur. Refunds are returned to the originating payment source within 5 to 7 business days without unjustified deductions.

Neither party shall be liable for non-performance stemming from causes beyond reasonable human control, including natural disasters, acts of civil authorities, national power grid failures, submarine cable severances, or state-sponsored cyber warfare.
In the event of any contractual contention or interpretation dispute, both parties commit to attempting good-faith amicable resolution within a 30-day window following formal written notice before initiating judicial proceedings.
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the prevailing commercial statutes of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The competent commercial courts in Cairo, Egypt, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over unresolved disputes.
eLocalize For Technology reserves the prerogative to revise, amend, or supplement these policies periodically to mirror technological improvements, regulatory developments, or new ZVR360 feature rollouts.
Modifications take effect immediately upon publication on this page, indicated by the "Last Revision" timestamp. Material amendments impacting subscriber privileges will be signaled through dashboard alerts or email bulletins. Continued engagement with the service signifies binding assent.
Should any individual provision be declared invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such unenforceability shall not impair the legality, validity, and enforceability of the remaining contractual clauses.
